Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Shipping rates for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Available shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

These standard rates apply to orders shipped to Canadian provinces. Taxes may apply where required.

Standard Shipping Rate Details

For the contiguous United States and Canada, standard shipping rates are based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Program orders, pallet orders, oversized shipments, or other orders requiring special handling may be subject to dimensional-weight or freight shipping charges, even if the order would otherwise qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Times

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Standard Delivery Estimates

Standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States generally arrives within 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary based on destination, holidays, weather, carrier operations, order size, or other circumstances outside our control.

Backordered Items

If an order includes both in-stock and backordered items, available merchandise will ship first. Backordered merchandise will ship separately once it becomes available.

You will be charged shipping only once for the order. Additional shipping charges will not apply solely because backordered items are shipped separately.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping

Need your order sooner? Expedited and overnight shipping options may be available for orders shipped within the United States or Canada.

Please contact wholesale@bodywrappers.com immediately after placing your order to request expedited or overnight service.

Expedited and overnight shipping rates are based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and requested delivery timing. Available options and charges must be confirmed and approved before the order ships.

Shipping Addresses

Wholesale orders must be shipped to a physical delivery address. We do not ship wholesale orders to P.O. boxes.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request an address update, contact us as soon as possible at wholesale@bodywrappers.com. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

International Shipping Outside Canada

We ship to select international destinations outside Canada. International orders are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

At checkout, international orders may initially display a U.S. standard shipping charge. After your order is placed, we will review the shipment details and contact you with any additional international shipping charges based on package dimensions, weight, and destination.

Any additional shipping charges must be approved and paid before the order ships.

International customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, brokerage charges, and any other charges required for delivery.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Lost, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Shipments
