Shipping Policy

This page summarizes our shipping practices for wholesale accounts. Full terms appear in the order confirmation and packing slip.

Origin

All US orders ship from our Durham, NC fulfillment center. Canadian orders may ship from our Toronto warehouse depending on stock availability.

Processing time

In-stock orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Peak season (January–May, recital prep) may add 1–2 business days. Back-ordered items ship as soon as stock is replenished.

Carriers

We ship via UPS by default. Customers may request alternate carriers in the order notes; rate quotes provided on request.

Rates

Wholesale shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Discount thresholds and free-shipping promotions are announced periodically — sign up for our wholesale newsletter to stay informed.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking is also visible in your wholesale account order history.

International shipping

We currently ship throughout the US and Canada. For other markets, please contact wholesale@bodywrappers.com.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report any lost or damaged shipments within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
