Wholesale Returns & Claims

We value our wholesale partners and want to make sure your order arrives accurately and in excellent condition. Please review the information below for standard return requests and order issues such as damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing merchandise.

Standard Return Requests

Standard return requests may be made for eligible merchandise with a total return value of $100 or less, based on the wholesale price paid, after discounts and excluding shipping and tax.

The $100 threshold is based on the value of the merchandise being returned, not the total value of the original order.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be:

  • Requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, lint, stains, or other signs of wear.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in original packaging, where applicable.
  • In original, resalable condition.

Eligible apparel may be tried on briefly over appropriate undergarments.

Return Requests Over $100

Return requests for eligible merchandise with a total return value over $100 require advance approval from Body Wrappers.

If approved, returns over $100 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene or clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for standard return:

  • Clearance and Final Sale items.
  • Undergarments (Unders), including dance belts, bras, and bodyliners.
  • Accessories that are sealed, packaged, or hygiene-sensitive once opened.

Items purchased during a promotion or with a discount may still be eligible for return if they otherwise meet the return requirements and are not clearance or final-sale items.

Final-sale restrictions do not apply if merchandise arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or if items are missing from your order.

Starting a Return Request

To start a return, email wholesale@bodywrappers.com. Please include:

  • Your business name and account number.
  • Your order or invoice number.
  • The item numbers and quantities you would like to return.
  • The reason for the return.

Your request will be reviewed by Body Wrappers and, where applicable, your sales representative. Once an approved return is confirmed, we will provide the return instructions, paperwork, and shipping label.

Mailing an Approved Return

Approved returns must be mailed within 7 days after approval using the return instructions and paperwork provided.

Please include all required return paperwork with your shipment so we can identify and process your return efficiently.

Return shipping for approved wholesale returns is currently provided at no charge. There is no restocking fee on standard returns of $100 or less. We recommend keeping your tracking number so you can follow your return shipment until it reaches us.

Credits for Approved Returns

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, an applicable credit will be issued to your wholesale account.

We do not issue refunds for standard wholesale returns.

Returns with an approved merchandise return value over $100 will be credited less the applicable 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-creditable unless the return results from an error by Body Wrappers or merchandise that arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Merchandise

We want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wholesale@bodywrappers.com so we can assist you promptly.

Please include:

  • Your business name and account number.
  • Your order or invoice number.
  • Item numbers and quantities affected.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the merchandise, shipping carton, packaging materials, and shipping label, where applicable.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, account credit, or refund, based on product availability and the circumstances.

The standard return value limit and any applicable restocking fee do not apply to approved claims for merchandise that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please keep the merchandise, shipping carton, packaging materials, and shipping label until the issue is resolved. These materials may be needed to support a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please contact wholesale@bodywrappers.com promptly with your order information and photos, where applicable. Body Wrappers will review the issue and manage the carrier claim process as needed.

Shipments Lost in Transit

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact wholesale@bodywrappers.com with your order or invoice number and available tracking information.

We will review the shipment details and work with the carrier as needed. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, account credit, or refund where applicable.
