Wholesale Returns
The following return terms apply to approved Body Wrappers wholesale accounts. For retail and consumer returns, please see our standard Returns & Exchanges page.
Return Authorization
All wholesale returns require a Return Authorization (RA) issued in advance. Request an RA by contacting [CONFIRM: RA request email]. Merchandise received without an RA number cannot be accepted.
Return Window
RA requests must be submitted within [CONFIRM: return window, e.g. 30 days] of the invoice date.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. [CONFIRM: non-returnable categories — e.g. closeout/clearance, special orders, or customized items.]
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of [CONFIRM: restocking %, e.g. 15%] applies to non-defective returns. [CONFIRM: any conditions under which the restocking fee is waived.]
Defective or Mis-Shipped Goods
Items that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error are returned at no cost to the account and are not subject to a restocking fee. Report these within [CONFIRM: claim window] of receipt.
Credits
Approved returns are issued as [CONFIRM: account credit or refund to original payment method]. Credit is applied after the returned goods are received and inspected.
