Wholesale Policies

These policies apply to all approved Body Wrappers wholesale accounts. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Account eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to established dance studios, dance retailers, and authorized resellers. Approval is at our discretion and may require proof of business, a resale certificate, and a brief application.

Minimum opening order

Initial orders must meet our published opening order minimum. Reorder minimums apply per shipment. Contact your account representative for current figures.

Payment terms

New accounts begin on credit-card-only terms. Established accounts in good standing may apply for Net 30 terms after a qualifying purchase history.

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is displayed when signed in to an approved wholesale account. Prices are confidential and may not be shared, displayed, or used to set competing retail prices below our suggested MAP.

MAP policy

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) applies to all Body Wrappers branded styles. The full MAP schedule is provided to approved accounts and updated each season.

Drop shipping

Drop shipping to end consumers is permitted for approved accounts. Contact your account representative for setup.

Online sales channels

Listing Body Wrappers products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) requires written approval. Unauthorized listings may result in account suspension.

Changes to policy

These policies may be updated periodically. Active accounts will be notified by email when material changes are made.
