Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Body Wrappers purchase! If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Items Eligible for Return
We are happy to accept returns of eligible items that are in their original condition.
To be eligible for return, items should be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Free from makeup, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, lint, stains, or other signs of wear.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Returned in original packaging, where applicable.
Eligible apparel may be tried on briefly over appropriate undergarments. Items worn for dance, rehearsal, performance, exercise, or other activity are not eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
To help maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Clearance items.
- Tights.
- Socks.
- Undergarments, including dance belts, bras, and bodyliners.
- Accessories that are sealed, packaged, or hygiene-sensitive once opened.
Items purchased with a promotional code or during a sale may still be returned if they otherwise meet our return requirements and are not clearance or marked final sale.
If a final-sale item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Starting a Return
Returns are accepted by mail only. To help your return go smoothly, please start your return before mailing any items back. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide the return instructions, paperwork, and mailing address you need.

Please include:
- Your order number.
- The item or items you would like to return.
- The reason for the return.
Mailing Your Return
Once your return is approved, please mail it within 7 days using the instructions and paperwork provided.
Including the return paperwork helps us identify your package and process your return as smoothly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can follow your return shipment until it reaches us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Body Wrappers.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your eligible return, we will issue your approved refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If store credit was used for all or part of the purchase, the applicable portion of an approved refund will be returned as store credit.
Items returned outside of our eligibility requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges.
To choose a different size, color, or product, please place a new order for the item you would like and start a return for your eligible original item.
This allows you to secure your preferred item while it is available. Returned items must meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
We want your order to arrive just as expected. In the event your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bodywrappers.com so we can help.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item and packaging, where applicable.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund based on product availability and the circumstances.
